Hambantota port. A Dream came true.

Hambantota port was a dream for last 60 years for Sri Lanka but it has materialized.

I am here at Hambantota to witness the dream.

I remember the days Deepal a freight expert explained an economic model for Sri Lanka with Hambantota port. He wanted to have a railway like to India via Rameshwaram to bring cargo from India.

All the access roads to Hamabantota are nicely done. We could test performance of our vehicle throughout the journey.
